- Returns are only accepted for size exchanges of the same product and color.
- Size exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. The item must have the tag still attached and not be washed. Please include an unboxing video with your request.
- Size exchanges can only be processed if the replacement size is available. Exchanges cannot be made if the replacement size is out of stock, and the product cannot be exchanged for a different color/model or returned/refunded.
- Returns and refunds can only be processed if the product received is defective or if there was a shipping error from the seller. Please ensure to include an unboxing video with your request.
- Shipping costs to House of Etern and the cost of reshipping to the customer’s address will be fully covered by the customer.
- Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the size exchange after the item is received by House of Etern, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- If defects or damage are found on the returned product upon receipt and are not caused by House of Etern, the exchange will be cancelled, and the product will be returned to the customer.
- Size exchanges are limited to a single request per item.
- Products marked as "final sale" is not eligible for return.
